What You’ll Do:
- Lead end-to-end digital projects (E2E), including roadmap planning, scope definition, timelines, budgeting, risk management, and change control.
- Manage the full lifecycle of digital solution delivery across complex environments—architecture design, integration processes, and implementation.
- Work closely with multiple internal and external interfaces: development teams, infrastructure, security, product teams, third-party vendors, UI/UX agencies, and more.
- Oversee development processes across Web, Mobile (iOS/Android), CMS, CRM systems, payment systems, and data-driven environments.
- Drive release and deployment processes: manage functional and regression testing, defect handling, production readiness, and release architecture planning.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience managing large-scale digital projects (Web/Mobile)- Must
- Proven experience working in environments with multiple interfaces and modern architectures- Must
- Experience in matrix management and leading technical teams-Must
- Strong experience writing technical specifications / system analysis documents-Must
- Experience working with vendors, software houses, and UI/UX partners- Must
- Technical understanding of Web architectures (React/Angular) and native/hybrid mobile development (Swift, Kotlin, Flutter, React Native)- Advantage
- Experience with microservices, event-driven architecture, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP)- Advantage
- Integration experience with backend systems: CRM, ERP, ESB, Billing, Identity Management- Advantage
- Familiarity with AGILE methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), backlog management, and sprint planning- Advantage
- Experience with the insurance industry or pension-marketing systems – strong advantage
- Experience working with Salesforce platforms and understanding technical/functional capabilities – strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent – significant advantage
