You will be part of the System & Vault Support team, responsible for managing and supporting critical IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Ongoing support and maintenance of Windows-based server infrastructure
- Managing and maintaining physical and virtual servers (VMware)
- Troubleshooting system issues, monitoring performance, and improving system availability
- Installing software on servers
- Providing support to users and technical teams on system-related issues
- Performing recovery actions: servers, files, mailboxes
- Documenting processes, procedures, and issue resolutions
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in supporting and maintaining Windows system environments- Must
- Experience with troubleshooting server issues – Significant advantage
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP – Required
- Experience working with virtualization systems (VMware) – Advantage
- Basic knowledge of PowerShell
- High level of service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work non-standard hours when needed (critical incidents/maintenance)
- Strong communication and service orientation,Ability to learn independently and work under pressure
- Relevant certifications such as MCSE / MCSA or equivalent professional training – Advantage
