• Design complex user flows with multiple scenarios across web and mobile platforms
• Lead end-to-end UX/UI processes - from research, ideation, wireframes, and prototyping to pixel-perfect UI design
• Build and maintain consistent design systems across products
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality experiences
• Provide ongoing design support and improvements for new and existing features
• Take ownership of UX processes and contribute to shaping a strong design culture within the team
• 4+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer - Must
• Proficiency with design tools: Figma, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) - Must
• Hands-on experience designing websites, digital flows, and mobile applications - Must
• Strong understanding of UX methodologies, wireframing, and prototyping- Must
• Relevant education in UX/UI- Must
• Academic background in graphic design / visual communication -Advantage
• Proven ability to conduct deep research and create UX specifications for web and app processes- Advantage
• Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams on complex digital products -Advantage
