What You’ll Do:
- Lead end-to-end procurement processes for products and services, including receiving quotations, conducting price comparisons, and managing negotiations with a wide range of suppliers
- Manage procurement requests and purchase orders in compliance with company procedures and policies
- Take full ownership of procurement committee operations - from collecting and preparing materials, coordinating discussions and meetings, to managing the approval process through final authorization
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, senior management, finance teams, and accounting departments
- Drive ongoing operational processes in a dynamic, multi-interface environment
- Support procurement activities across technology, digital, and business operations
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of proven procurement experience
- Technological / IT procurement background - significant advantage
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven experience managing supplier negotiations to reduce costs and improve payment terms
- Strong ability to read, analyze, and compare quotations and commercial proposals
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders while maintaining a high level of service orientation
- Full proficiency in computer applications and Microsoft Office tools
