What You'll Do:
- Lead hands-on system analysis for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
- Gather business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications
- Design system processes, screens, interfaces, and integrations
- Work closely with development teams throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Support end-to-end project delivery, from requirements through deployment
- Analyze complex business processes and propose technical solutions
Requirements:
- 4+ years of hands-on System Analysis experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM in a financial organization - Must
- 3+ years of experience analyzing Web-based systems and applications - Must
- 2+ years of experience working with SQL Server - Must
- Experience leading or supporting technological projects end-to-end - Must
- Strong technical system analysis skills (not business process analysis only) - Must
- Experience with financial systems, particularly loan management systems - Advantage
