You will be part of a professional support division, ensuring business continuity, resolving technical issues, and delivering excellent service to thousands of users across the organization.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide first-line technical support to employees and end users.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to operating systems, Microsoft Office, standard software applications, hardware, and monitoring/control tools.
  • Deliver fast and effective solutions while maintaining high service quality.
  • Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders across the organization.
    Document incidents and resolutions to support continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Technical Support/ Help Desk roles- preferably in a banking or financial institution- Must
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems, Microsoft Office, standard software applications, hardware, and monitoring/ control tools- Must
  • High customer-service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills- Must
