What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the central interface between dev teams, operations, and external vendors
• Investigate and resolve complex production incidents
• Build and own monitoring & alerting, drive data‑driven RCA, and lead reliability/performance improvements
• partnering closely with development, operations, and maintenance teams

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience as a Technical Integrator, working across development, infrastructure, and operations
• Hands‑on experience with Splunk / Dynatrace / Prometheus / Grafana for production troubleshooting
• Experience setting up monitoring systems, dashboards, and alerts
• Database skills: databases including MongoDB, DocumentDB, and SQL
• Familiarity with OCP and AWS environments -An Advantage
• A collaborative team‑player with an operational‑excellence mindset and continuous‑improvement attitude
• High ownership, independence, organizational skills, and service orientation
