Systems Analyst Team Lead

Within the technology and systems division, you will lead a professional team responsible for analyzing and defining complex credit-related systems that support core banking operations. What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage a team of system analysts in the credit domain, including professional mentoring and administrative leadership
• Drive end-to-end system analysis and specification processes for business and technological needs
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to translate business requirements into structured system specifications
• Collaborate with development, QA, legal, digital, and additional cross-functional teams to support successful delivery
• Promote continuous improvement of analysis methodologies, work processes, and professional capabilities within the team
• Ensure high-quality documentation and system definitions across complex banking environments
  
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience leading and mentoring a team of system analysts
• Proven experience as a Systems Analyst
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems/Economics/Business Administration/ Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience working with banking systems or within a financial institution- An Advantage
• Familiarity with credit underwriting processes, including workflows, regulatory aspects, and supporting tools-An Advantage
• Experience analyzing systems within core banking platforms-An Advantage
