You will lead a team responsible for designing and delivering a new operational system built on a modern microservices architecture, combining advanced technologies with complex financial and business processes.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage a team of Systems Analysts within the Investments domain
- Take part in building annual and quarterly work plans in close coordination with business stakeholders
- Own end-to-end system analysis for a new, mission-critical investment system
- Analyze complex business processes including data ingestion, processing, financial calculations, analytics, and reporting
- Translate business requirements into High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) specifications
- Define scalable, maintainable, and resilient system architectures
- Work closely with development teams operating in a Python-based microservices environment (Kubernetes, SQL Server, React)
- Establish ongoing management routines with business clients, including requirement alignment, progress tracking, and solution design
- Design systems that support future growth, regulatory reporting, financial controls, and advanced analytics (including AI-based analysis)
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Team Lead
- 5+ years of experience in complex systems analysis, including High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD)
- Strong system specification skills combined with a solid technical understanding of the solution
- Proven experience in gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements through direct work with business stakeholders
- Experience with Python development- An Advantage
- Experience with financial or investment systems- An Advantage
