You'll work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams, leading projects from requirements gathering through production rollout.
What You'll Do
- Analyze and specify complex core insurance and financial systems.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into detailed functional and technical specifications.
- Guide development and QA teams throughout project execution.
- Lead projects from requirements gathering through development, testing, and production.
- Manage and prioritize development and QA tasks in an Agile environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in systems analysis and project management - Must
- Experience analyzing insurance or financial systems - Must
- Strong hands-on SQL skills, including complex queries - Must
- Proficiency in Excel - Must
- Experience leading end-to-end delivery, including requirements gathering, detailed specifications, and coordination with development and QA teams.
- Development background and understanding of system architecture - Significant Advantage
- Experience with AS400 systems - Significant Advantage
- Strong analytical skills, ownership, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
