What You'll Do:
- Analyze and document business requirements for core enterprise systems across ERP, CRM, and Billing domains
- Prepare functional and technical specifications, translating business needs into clear system requirements
- Work closely with business users, IT teams, and external vendors
- Support development and implementation processes from requirements gathering through production deployment
- Monitor and track tasks, testing activities, and delivery milestones
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and manage system issues, defects, and production incidents
- Work with integrations and interfaces between various enterprise systems
- Coordinate and drive multiple stakeholders in cross-functional projects
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst within a medium-to-large organization
- Experience leading or managing technology projects - Must
- Experience writing functional and technical specifications - Must
- Experience working with business users and external vendors- Must
- Hands-on experience with core enterprise systems in CRM, Billing, and/or ERP environments- Must
- Strong analytical skills and business understanding- Must
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management capabilities- Must
- Experience with SAP Sales Cloud (C4C) - Advantage
- Experience working with Billing systems - Advantage
