A leading insurance company is seeking a System Analyst & Project Manager- Digital Forms to join its digital domain and lead the development of advanced form-based solutions across web and mobile platforms.
This hybrid role combines end to end project ownership, system analysis, and close collaboration with stakeholders to deliver impactful, user-focused digital products in a complex and regulated environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the collection and refinement of business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications (User Stories), including process architecture, UI/UX design, and system interfaces
- Manage end-to-end project delivery- coordinating tasks, schedules, and internal stakeholders across business, IT, and development teams
- Conduct technical, business, and UX testing of applications across the full delivery lifecycle
- Collaborate with design, dev, and QA teams to ensure quality and regulatory alignment
- Create and maintain clear documentation to support scalable and compliant digital form processes
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in project management within delivery-focused teams, including full ownership from requirement gathering to deployment- Must
- Proven experience in system analysis, writing detailed technical documentation, and working with databases and system integrations- Must
- Academic degree in a relevant field- Must
- Experience in web and mobile application analysis- Advantage
- Background in software development or solution architecture- Advantage
- Prior experience in insurance or financial services environments- Advantage
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance-driven development lifecycles- Advantage
