We are hiring a Digital Forms Analyst & Implementer to join one of Israel’s leading insurance companies.
This role combines end-to-end design and implementation of digital processes, with responsibility for understanding business needs and translating them into advanced technological solutions.
In this role, you will be responsible for building smart automated workflows while working closely with both business and technical stakeholders across the organization.
What you’ll do:
- Analyze and implement digital processes
- Gather requirements and analyze business processes with various stakeholders across the organization
- Design and build automated workflows in line with organizational standards
- Perform end-to-end testing and continuously monitor performance
- Take full ownership of the process lifecycle- from requirement gathering to production deployment
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in development or system implementation- Must
- At least 1 year of experience in system analysis- Must (WEB Analysis- Advantage)
- Experience in analyzing business processes and translating them into technical specifications- Must
- Understanding of development principles such as modularity, maintainability, and quality control- Must
- Experience in scripting (C#, PowerShell, Python, JavaScript)- Advantage
- Experience working with digital processes / forms systems- Advantage
