Join one of Israel’s largest and most technologically advanced banks as a System Analyst in the Capital Markets division. In this role, you will lead the analysis and specification of core systems and digital services, with a focus on financial platforms and securities operations. You’ll collaborate with development teams and business stakeholders to define high-impact solutions from requirement to implementation.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced analyst with a deep understanding of capital markets and hands-on experience with APIs and financial system integrations.
What You'll Do:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed functional and technical specifications
- Work with RESTful APIs, define services, and create Swagger documentation
- Lead and manage end-to-end system analysis in financial domains, particularly securities (e.g., valuation, clearing, corporate actions, commissions)
- Support digital systems, contribute to ongoing enhancements and regulatory projects
- Manage development workflows, assign tasks (matrix-style), and track delivery progress
- Collaborate with developers, QA, product teams, and business units
- Use tools such as Jira, Confluence, and SwaggerHub to document and manage work
Requirements:
Must:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a System Analyst, including requirement gathering and specification writing.
- At least 3 years of experience working with API-based systems (REST), including service definition and Swagger creation.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial systems, with deep knowledge of capital markets and securities.
- Proven experience with digital systems.
- Familiarity with topics such as valuation, clearing, corporate actions, and fees.
Advantage:
- Previous experience with banking systems.
- Experience working with SwaggerHub or similar API documentation platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
