What You'll Do:
- Manage and maintain core organizational systems, including troubleshooting and resolving complex issues
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear system specifications
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including development, infrastructure, and IT
- Provide professional support to project managers, service representatives, operations, and regulatory teams
- Lead technological processes aimed at improving service quality and performance
- Conduct data extractions and analysis using SQL
- Initiate and drive process and system enhancements
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role working with enterprise information systems
- Proficiency of SQL, including writing complex queries and conducting data analysis
- Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders including end users, business analysts, and developers
- Strong analytical skills, organizational abilities, and capacity to work independently
- Ability to define and understand business processes, write SQL queries, perform data validation, and troubleshoot issues
- Familiarity with the insurance sector (life, health, pension, or general)- A significant advantage
