We are looking for a Solution Architect - Digital Platforms to join a leading financial organization undergoing a large-scale digital transformation. This is an opportunity to lead the architecture of enterprise Web, Mobile, and API platforms, drive cloud modernization initiatives, and shape scalable, secure, and innovative digital solutions serving millions of customers.
What You'll Do:
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise Web, Mobile, and API platforms.
- Design scalable, secure, and highly available Cloud Native solutions on AWS and Hybrid Cloud environments.
- Drive modern architectural approaches, including Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, API First, and Domain-Driven Design.
- Define architectural standards, best practices, and technology roadmaps.
- Lead cross-functional architectural decisions and conduct Architecture Reviews.
- Collaborate closely with Product, UX, Development, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams to align technology solutions with business needs.
- Define non-functional requirements, including performance, scalability, security, availability, and observability.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and integrate AI capabilities into digital platforms and development processes.
- Provide technical guidance to development teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of experience as a Solution Architect or Software Architect - Must
- Proven experience designing and architecting enterprise digital platforms, including Web and Mobile - Must
- Experience designing distributed systems and high-scale, high-traffic environments - Must
- Deep understanding of Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, API First Design, and Domain-Driven Design - Must
- Significant hands-on experience with AWS and Cloud Native architectures - Must
- Practical knowledge of AWS services such as EKS, ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudFront, Route 53, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, SQS, SNS, EventBridge, IAM, and CloudWatch.
- Experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, and Linux environments.
- Knowledge of Networking, Load Balancers, Reverse Proxies, and Hybrid Cloud architectures.
- Experience with CI/CD, Terraform, Infrastructure as Code, Helm, ArgoCD, and DevSecOps.
- Experience designing modern Web architectures, with strong knowledge of React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Knowledge of Web Performance, SEO, and Progressive Web Applications (PWA).
- Strong hands-on software development background and the ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture.
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to influence technical decisions across multiple teams.
- Familiarity with Angular or Vue.js - an advantage.
