Solution Architect

What You'll Do:

• Lead the design and implementation of distributed systems using microservices and event-driven architecture
• Define end-to-end cloud-native solutions on AWS, including hybrid environments (on-prem + cloud)
•  Collaborate across multiple development and DevOps teams to ensure alignment with architectural principles
•  Create and deliver architectural documentation and presentations for both technical and business stakeholders
• Provide strategic direction on infrastructure, security, scalability, and performance optimization
• Participate in code-level discussions and contribute to core architectural decisions
• Bridge business requirements with technical execution in a matrixed enterprise environment

Requirements:

•  Extensive hands-on experience in software development – mandatory
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture and event-driven architecture – mandatory
  
  
• Experience working with DevOps technologies and automation tools – mandatory
  
  
• Proficiency in cloud infrastructure (with a focus on AWS) and experience in designing hybrid systems combining cloud and on-prem environments
  
  
• Familiarity with information security standards
  
  
• Proven experience leading architecture processes in large-scale projects
  
  
• Ability to work with cross-organizational teams, managers, and technical stakeholders in various roles
  
  
• Strong presentation and communication skills
  
  
• High-level proficiency in English (spoken and written)

Nice to Have:
• Experience working in large-scale enterprises or financial organizations

• Understanding of security standards and financial regulations

• Exposure to Serverless and IaC (Infrastructure as Code) tools and concepts
