We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager - Salesforce to lead complex, cross-functional technology projects in an enterprise environment. The role combines end-to-end project management, Salesforce solution design, and hands-on platform expertise, working closely with business stakeholders, developers, and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.
What You'll Do
- Lead complex Salesforce projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering and solution design through implementation and production.
- Manage project scope, priorities, timelines, and deliverables while balancing ongoing development needs with strategic initiatives.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Lead technical discussions and collaborate with developers on architecture, dependencies, and technical challenges.
- Design and implement solutions using Salesforce's native tools and capabilities.
- Manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Leverage AI tools throughout the project lifecycle to improve analysis, solution design, and execution.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing technology projects in an Enterprise environment - Must
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration and platform capabilities - Must
- Proven experience gathering business requirements and translating them into Salesforce solutions - Must
- Experience designing and implementing business solutions on the Salesforce platform - Must
- Strong technical understanding of Salesforce architecture, dependencies, and technical risks - Must
- Experience managing integrations between Salesforce and external systems - Must
- Ability to lead technical discussions and collaborate closely with development teams - Must
- Experience using AI tools throughout the project lifecycle - Must
- Experience with Salesforce Omni-Channel - Advantage
