A leading financial organization is looking for an experienced Senior Systems Analyst to join its Digital & Data division and take part in complex banking and digital projects. The role includes end-to-end systems analysis, from gathering business requirements and designing technological solutions to writing detailed specifications, defining APIs, coordinating development tasks, and supporting implementation.
What You'll Do:
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed functional and technical specifications
- Design end-to-end technological solutions for complex banking and digital systems
- Define and document REST APIs, including creating and maintaining Swagger specifications
- Lead the systems analysis process from initial business requirements through implementation
- Break down solutions into development tasks and coordinate work with developers in a matrix environment
- Track development progress and work closely with relevant technical and business stakeholders
- Work with Jira and Confluence for specifications, documentation, and task management
- Use SwaggerHub or similar tools for API documentation and service exposure
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, including requirements gathering and writing system specifications - Must
- Experience working with banking systems - Must
- 3+ years of experience with digital systems - Must
- Hands-on experience defining and documenting REST APIs, including Swagger - Must
- Strong system-level understanding and ability to analyze and lead complex solutions end-to-end
- Experience translating business requirements into technological solutions and coordinating development tasks
- Experience working with Jira and Confluence
- Experience with SwaggerHub or similar tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Technical background, including development experience and the ability to read code - Advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field - Advantage
