We are looking for a Senior System Analyst to lead the analysis and development of a critical Trade Lifecycle Management platform in the investment domain.
This role includes working on a large-scale strategic project in collaboration with business stakeholders, development teams, and operational units, while leveraging advanced AI tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead functional and technical analysis for a strategic Trade Lifecycle Management platform
- Analyze business processes within investment operations and financial services
- Work with business stakeholders to define requirements, business rules, and workflows
- Write detailed functional and technical specifications
- Design interfaces, UI screens, workflows, and system integrations
- Work with databases and SQL queries
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operational teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Support testing, production deployments, and post go-live stabilization
- Utilize AI tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code to optimize analysis processes
- Coordinate multiple stakeholders in a dynamic, multi-interface environment
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a System Analyst in large-scale enterprise environments- Must
- Experience analyzing and designing complex operational systems- Must
- Experience writing detailed functional and technical specification documents- Must
- Experience working with databases and writing SQL queries- Must
- Experience designing integrations and interface processes- Must
- Experience leading processes with business stakeholders and development teams- Must
- Experience in investments, capital markets, portfolio management, or financial operations- Advantage
- Experience with GitHub Copilot and Claude Code- Significant Advantage
- Experience with Trade Lifecycle, Clearing, Reconciliation, or Financial Back Office systems- Advantage
- Experience working with Workflow engines such as Flowable or Camunda- Advantage
- Familiarity with authorization processes, audit mechanisms, and financial regulations- Advantage
- Knowledge of UI/Screen design- Advantage
