Join a leading fintech company as a Senior Product & Project Manager, taking end-to-end ownership of complex software projects for large business clients. The role combines gathering requirements and writing functional specifications with hands-on management of the development process across Development, QA, UX/UI and DevOps. The position includes managing multiple projects in parallel, leading sprints and priorities, and keeping delivery on track in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes.
What will you do:
- Lead product and project initiatives from requirements and specifications through development, QA, release, and production
- Work directly with clients to understand needs, clarify requirements, and independently write functional/product specifications
- Manage multiple projects and priorities in parallel, working closely with Development, QA, UX/UI, and DevOps
- Lead Agile delivery, including Sprints, Backlog prioritization, User Stories, dependencies, and release planning
- Manage timelines, risks, and changing priorities, communicate trade-offs, and drive issues through resolution
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience managing software products and projects in a client-facing software environment - Must
- Proven experience gathering requirements and independently writing functional/product specifications - Must
- Strong hands-on experience managing end-to-end software delivery, including Sprints, Backlog, releases, and go-live - Must
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously under tight timelines - Must
- Strong technical understanding of the software development lifecycle, APIs/integrations, and data flows - Must
- Experience with Jira, Monday.com, or similar project management tools - Must
- Experience in software houses, B2B SaaS, digital agencies, e-commerce, payments, or loyalty platforms - Advantage
