You’ll work with large-scale data, state-of-the-art deep learning algorithms, and collaborate with product and business teams to bring high-performance models from research to production- all in a dynamic, product-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Research and develop end-to-end real-time NLP and Generative AI solutions

  • Design and implement Generative models, advanced prompts, and classical ML/NLP techniques

  • Own the full development cycle: problem definition, research, implementation, and production deployment

  • Conduct model training and evaluation in real-world production environments

  • Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Account teams to translate success metrics into measurable goals

  • Tackle complex problems across text, speech, audio, and structured data domains

Requirements:

Must:

  • B.Sc. or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field with a focus on AI / NLP / ML / Computer Vision

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in NLP and deep learning algorithm development

  • Proficiency in Python

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and rapidly prototype innovative ideas

Nice to Have:

  • M.Sc. or Ph.D. in a relevant field

  • Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)

  • Proven track record in research-to-production development
  • Experience with real-time or large-scale content systems
