Senior Data Engineer

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing Data & AI team and play a key role in designing and building a modern enterprise data platform from the ground up. You'll lead the development of scalable data pipelines, modernize legacy data infrastructure, and enable advanced analytics and AI-driven solutions across the organization.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable end-to-end data pipelines
• Build and modernize the organization's enterprise data platform, replacing legacy data infrastructure
• Design data models and optimize data quality, reliability, and performance
• Integrate data from multiple enterprise systems, including legacy and complex source environments
• Develop reliable data extraction, transformation, and integration processes
• Collaborate closely with BI, Analytics, and AI teams to enable reporting and AI-powered solutions
• Document data models, pipelines, and technical processes while promoting development best practices

Requirements:

Must-Haves:

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role
• Strong hands-on experience building production-grade data pipelines end-to-end
• Excellent SQL skills and strong data modeling experience
• Experience with modern ELT/ETL frameworks such as dbt or similar
• Experience working with cloud-based data platforms
• Experience integrating complex or legacy data sources
• Ability to work independently and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with ERP systems
• Experience working with on-premises environments
• Experience with Caché / MUMPS-based systems
• Experience in regulated industries such as finance, insurance, or healthcare
