Scrum Master

We’re looking for a highly organized, adaptable and detail-oriented Project Manager or Scrum Master, with a passion for agile delivery, cross-team collaboration, and taking full ownership over project success.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage end-to-end technological projects – from scoping and planning to execution and delivery
• Lead Agile/Scrum processes: run sprints, backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily meetings, and retrospectives
• Coordinate between product managers, developers, QA, UX, DevOps and other stakeholders
• Monitor project timelines, manage task allocation, and ensure delivery on time and within scope
• Build strong communication channels with clients and internal stakeholders: set expectations, align progress, and address concerns
• Identify risks, resolve bottlenecks, and drive data-based decisions to avoid project failure
• Utilize tools like Jira, Monday.com or similar to track KPIs, project health, and performance
• Promote documentation standards, best practices, and continuous improvement across teams

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of proven experience managing software/IT projects in Agile environments – must
• Experience leading and motivating development, QA, UI/UX, and support teams – must
• Hands-on experience running Agile/Scrum processes and writing user stories – must
• Proficiency in Jira, Monday, or similar project management tools – must
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, assertiveness, and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work under pressure
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) or PMP certification – an advantage
• Experience leading projects for large-scale clients – an advantage
• Technological background – an advantage (e.g. understanding of DevOps, DBs, code, or integrations)
