As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you will design and lead advanced technical architectures, guide development teams, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.
What You'll Do:
- Design and lead complex Salesforce technical architectures, focusing on scalability, performance, and security.
- Translate business and technical requirements into advanced Salesforce solutions.
- Implement and customize solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
- Plan and execute integrations with external systems (ERP, CRM, and third-party platforms).
- Apply DevOps practices (CI/CD) using tools such as Azure DevOps and Git.
- Conduct technical feasibility studies and recommend system enhancements and upgrades.
- Mentor developers and implementation teams, ensuring adherence to high coding and process standards.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce innovations and propose improvements to systems and processes.
- Maintain and optimize Salesforce environments, including configuration, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Develop and execute complex test scenarios (integration, UAT, performance).
- Provide training, technical guidance, and adoption support for new solutions.
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce governance, security, and organizational standards.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Salesforce experience, including at least 3 years as a Technical Architect- Must
- Proven expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Community, and Marketing Cloud- Must
- Strong hands-on development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL- Must
- 3+ years designing and leading Salesforce technical architectures, including system architecture, data modeling, permissions, Flows, Dashboards & Reports, Validations, and Approval Processes- Must
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)- Must
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field- Must
- Additional Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, Data Architecture and Management Designer, Integration Architect, or Platform Developer II- Advantage
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, and security best practices- Advantage
- Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft)- Advantage
- Knowledge of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service business processes- Advantage
