What You'll Do:
• Gather and analyze complex business requirements from various stakeholders
• Write detailed functional and technical specifications for Salesforce-based systems
• Collaborate closely with developers, QA, and project managers to ensure proper implementation
• Plan and model database structures (ERD) and write advanced SQL queries (including JOINs)
• Participate in team-based system analysis processes and support knowledge-sharing within the group
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of proven hands-on experience in system analysis (not project management or implementation)- must
• At least 2 full years of experience analyzing and designing Salesforce-based systems – must
• Completed formal education in System Analysis – either as a standalone course or as part of a degree
• Experience in analyzing custom-developed web systems
• Deep understanding of data architecture and relational database design
• Skilled in writing SQL queries at JOIN level or higher
• Team-oriented with great interpersonal abilities
Nice to Have:
• Salesforce certification or completion of a Salesforce-specific course
• Experience in insurance or financial services operational processes
• Experience in writing specs for legacy-to-modern system transitions
• Prior roles with management or cross-functional responsibilities, with a clear focus on returning to a hands-on analysis role
