We’re looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect to join one of Israel’s top insurance companies and lead the design, implementation, and delivery of cutting-edge, scalable Salesforce-based solutions. What You’ll Do:
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and adherence to best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Lead and participate in project planning and estimation, managing tasks and priorities to ensure timely delivery
- Provide guidance and mentorship to developers and implementers on Salesforce best practices and design patterns
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce solutions with other systems
- Identify and resolve technical issues, driving continuous improvement and optimizing Salesforce solutions
- Stay up to date with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry trends to deliver innovative solutions
Requirements:
Must-Have:
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect, Consultant, or Project Manager
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- Proven experience in leading large-scale Salesforce projects from inception to delivery (building from zero)
- Expert knowledge of Salesforce, including Platform, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud; advanced configuration, security/permissions management, data migration, and data modeling
- Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components design considerations
- Experience with project management, including backlog management, user stories, acceptance criteria
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and documentation
- Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal)

- Background in insurance and financial services – significant advantage
- Additional Architect-level certifications – strong advantage
- Experience with external system integration and API management
- Strategic mindset and creativity in solving complex business challenges
