What You'll Do:
- Design end-to-end Salesforce solution architectures, including system planning and customization.
- Lead implementation processes, including Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
- Collaborate closely with developers, QA, and analysts to ensure successful deployments.
- Provide strategic and technical guidance to project teams and mentor junior developers.
- Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce innovations and recommend system improvements.
- Analyze and translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
- Optimize workflows and processes (Flows, Process Builder, Declarative Tools) to minimize custom code.
- Lead projects across business divisions, coordinating with multiple stakeholders while ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Maintain and optimize Salesforce configurations, troubleshoot issues, and enhance system performance.
- Write and execute detailed testing plans (UAT, integration, performance).
- Deliver training and support to technical and business teams on Salesforce usage.
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce security and governance standards, including permissions and role management.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce implementation and architecture experience, including system architecture, data modeling, permissions, Flows, Dashboards & Reports, Validations, and Approval Processes- Must
- 2+ years in system analysis or QA (requirements gathering, specifications, testing)- Must
- Salesforce Administrator certification- Must
- Proven experience with Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs- Must
- B.Sc. in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field- Must
Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Solution Architect)- Advantage - Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs- Advantage
- Project management experience and business process implementation- Advantage
- Familiarity with Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service processes- Advantage
