One of Israel’s leading companies in the automotive industry is seeking a Salesforce Senior Developer to join its Information Systems division, working within the Salesforce domain. The role involves analyzing, developing, and leading advanced business solutions on the Salesforce platform across marketing, sales, and service domains, in a complex, multi-system environment using advanced technologies, while collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
What You’ll Do:
- Analyze business and technical requirements and design advanced Salesforce solutions
- Architect and develop hands-on solutions on the Salesforce platform
- Develop using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs
- Lead and implement integrations with external systems
- Design and implement DevOps and CI/CD processes
- Manage, maintain, and optimize the Salesforce platform on an ongoing basis
- Collaborate closely with development, QA, and business analyst teams
- Lead complex solutions and technical architectures
- Ensure high performance, security, quality, and adherence to Salesforce best practices
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform- Must
- Strong proficiency with the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud / Community, and Marketing Cloud- Must
- Proven experience developing with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL / SOSL- Must
- Strong understanding of system architecture, data models, permission models, Flows, Dashboards & Reports, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes- Must
- Experience designing and implementing integrations with external systems using Salesforce APIs (REST / SOAP)- Must
- Full professional proficiency in Hebrew and English (reading, writing, and speaking)- Must
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technological field- Advantage
- Salesforce certifications (Application Architect, Integration Architect, Platform Developer II, CTA, Data Architecture)- Advantage
- Knowledge and experience with DevOps processes, CI/CD, Azure DevOps, and Git- Advantage
- Experience with complex integrations and middleware solutions such as MuleSoft- Advantage
- Familiarity with sales, marketing, and customer service processes - Advantage
- Experience leading complex technical architectures on Salesforce - Advantage
