Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist

A leading company in the automotive industry is looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to join its digital marketing and data team.

This role combines marketing automation, data modeling, and end-to-end customer journey orchestration. If you’re technically strong, data-driven, and passionate about building smart, scalable customer experiences — this opportunity is for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead end-to-end customer journey planning and implementation
• Build and manage complex multi-channel campaigns (Email, SMS, WhatsApp)
• Develop automations and personalized content within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Create and manage audiences, data models, and data integrations in Salesforce Data Cloud
• Work closely with Data, CRM, and ERP teams to ensure seamless data flows
• Conduct QA processes and ensure campaign accuracy before launch
• Continuously optimize journeys and campaign performance based on data insights

Requirements:

Must-Have

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Proven experience designing and implementing complex customer journeys
• Strong knowledge of AMPScript, SQL, HTML, and SSJS
• Experience in system analysis and writing functional specification documents
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems / Industrial Engineering / or relevant field — or relevant Salesforce certifications
• High level of English 

Significant Advantage

• Practical experience with Salesforce Data Cloud
• Experience leading end-to-end implementation processes
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM
• Background in marketing, sales, or customer service environments
• Strong UX/UI orientation
