A leading company in the automotive industry is looking for an experienced and motivated Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Data Cloud Implementer to join its data-driven marketing team. What You’ll Do:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of multi-channel customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Build and manage automation workflows, dynamic content, and campaign assets
- Create and manage audiences, data models, and source integrations within Salesforce Data Cloud
- Collaborate with CRM, ERP, IT, and Data teams to execute marketing campaigns effectively
- Conduct thorough QA, testing, and validation prior to deployment
- Manage campaign execution across Email, SMS, and additional channels
Requirements:
Must-Haves:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- At least 2 years of experience working with Salesforce Data Cloud
- Proven experience in requirements gathering and functional specification
- Solid background in building complex, multi-channel customer journeys
- Expertise in Email and SMS campaign management
- High-level English – written and verbal
Nice to Have:
- Experience with WhatsApp or Mobile App campaigns
- Technical proficiency in SQL, HTML, or SSJS scripting
