What You'll Do:

  • Develop and configure custom objects, fields, workflows, and approval processes in Salesforce

  • Build business automations using Process Builder, Flows, and Approval Rules

  • Create and manage advanced dashboards and reports

  • Perform routine system maintenance, including user administration, security settings, and data management

  • Define sharing rules and record-level permissions to support business access requirements

  • Create and maintain users, roles, and public groups

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce implementation and supportMust

  • Experience with data migration tools such as Data Loader and Workbench – Strong advantage

  • Experience with Salesforce integration using REST/SOAP APIs – Advantage

  • Knowledge of the insurance industry – Advantage

  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Clear and confident communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users

  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
