What You’ll Do:

• Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and processes to meet business requirements
• Plan and execute data migrations from legacy systems to Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
• Work closely with business stakeholders to define and document business processes within the Salesforce ecosystem
• Build custom reports and dashboards for reporting and analytics, providing actionable business insights
• Deliver training and ongoing support to end-users on implemented Salesforce solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment using Agile methodology

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Engineering / Technology – must
• 2+ years of proven experience in Salesforce implementation – must
• Hands-on experience working in Agile environments – must
• Strong communication and multi-tasking skills
• Knowledge of insurance/financial services industries – an advantage
