What You’ll Do:
- Implement new solutions and business processes within Salesforce as part of a strategic project team
- Manage ongoing maintenance and administration of the platform in alignment with best practices
- Provide end-user support and troubleshoot production issues to ensure smooth daily operations
- Collaborate closely with team members and developers to deliver high-quality configurations and enhancements
- Translate business requirements into functional Salesforce configurations
- Ensure compliance with organizational and Salesforce standards in security, architecture, and data structure
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Implementer or Administrator- Must!
- Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud – including Entitlements- Must
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data model, flows, dashboards, and permission structures-Must
- Experience working with Lightning components and configuration
- Experience in analyzing business needs and translating them into system functionalities
- Experience in user support and training
- Familiarity with data migration tools and processes
- Salesforce Administrator Certification- Advantage
