Sales coordinator

We are hiring for one of Israel’s largest and most successful automotive companies- a leader in marketing and selling prestigious international car brands, with over 30 years of experience in the Israeli automotive market.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers in the showroom
  
  
• Schedule meetings and test drives with sales representatives
  
  
• Answer and manage incoming calls
  
  
• Provide administrative support to the sales team
  
  
• Handle order processing and ensure timely deposit transactions
  
  
• Maintain coordination between sales, operations, and customer service

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer-facing or administrative role – Advantage
  
  
• High level of service orientation and interpersonal skills – Must
  
  
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  
  
• Proficiency in basic office software and digital tools
  
  
• Team player with a proactive attitude and strong communication skills
