As a React Native Team Lead, you will lead the mobile domain and own several core production applications that serve a large user base and play a key role in the company’s business.
This role combines technical and managerial leadership, ownership of architecture and development processes, team growth, and collaboration with business and technology stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to take full ownership of the mobile domain and directly impact products with significant business value.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage a team of React Native developers
- Design and develop mobile applications for iOS and Android
- Drive architecture decisions, development standards, and code reviews
- Lead Agile/Scrum processes and ensure timely delivery
- Solve technical challenges and improve application performance
- Work with APIs, backend services, and third-party integrations
- Lead CI/CD and deployment automation processes
- Recruit, mentor, and develop team members
- Manage release processes and deployments across App Store and Google Play
Requirements:
- 5+ years of React Native development experience
- 3+ years of experience leading or managing development teams
- Experience developing iOS and Android applications in Production environments
- Experience with Native development using Swift and/or Kotlin
- Strong JavaScript and TypeScript skills
- Experience working with REST APIs
- Experience with code reviews and development best practices
- Experience with Git and CI/CD processes
- Deep understanding of Mobile Application Architecture
- Experience managing release processes across development, testing, and production environments
- Experience publishing applications through App Store Connect and Google Play Console
- Familiarity with mobile review, approval, and rollback processes
- Experience with Firebase, Push Notifications, and Analytics
