About the Role
Join the core QA team of one of Israel’s leading insurance companies, with over 700 employees. The team works at a fast pace, managing diverse and complex projects, including major transitions to new platforms such as Salesforce.
What You'll Do:
- Writing and executing end-to-end test cases for complex CRM systems (not websites or mobile apps)
- Daily use of Monday
- Close collaboration with product managers, developers, and application support teams
- Supporting system implementation and go-live following QA phase
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience as a QA Engineer- Must
- At least 2 years of hands-on business experience in pension / provident funds / training funds- Must
- Strong understanding of financial and pension business processes- Must
- Experience working with complex CRM systems- Must
- Strong SQL skills, including writing queries with joins- Must
- Experience with Salesforce- Advantage
- Background in insurance or long-term savings systems- Advantage
- Experience working in large organizations with complex products- Advantage
- Academic degree in Information Systems or a related field
