About the Role
Join the core QA team of one of Israel’s leading insurance companies, with over 700 employees.
The team works at a fast pace, managing diverse and complex projects, including major transitions to new platforms such as Salesforce.
What You'll Do:
- Writing and executing end-to-end test cases for complex CRM systems (not websites or mobile apps)
- Daily use of Monday
- Close collaboration with product managers, developers, and application support teams
- Supporting system implementation and go-live following QA phase
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience as a QA Engineer- Must
- Strong SQL skills, including writing advanced queries with joins- Must
- Excellent interpersonal skills, independence, and fast analytical thinking- Must
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Information Systems or a related field)- Must
- Proven experience testing complex CRM systems- Advantage
- Experience with Salesforce- Advantage
- Background in financial or pension systems- Advantage
- Experience working in large organizations with diverse products- Advantage
