Manual QA Engineer

What You'll Do:

• Writing and executing end-to-end test cases for complex CRM systems
• Daily use of Monday/ Jira
• Close collaboration with product managers, developers, and application support teams
• Supporting system implementation and go-live following QA phase

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience as a Manual QA Engineer- Must!
• Academic degree in Information Systems/ Computer Science/ Industrial Engineering and Management - Must!
• Strong SQL skills, including writing queries with joins- Must!
• Background in insurance or long-term savings systems- Advantage
• Experience working with complex CRM systems -Advantage
• Experience with Salesforce- Advantage
• Experience working in large organizations with complex products- Advantage
