This role involves end-to-end responsibility for manual testing processes – from analyzing requirements and writing test scenarios to identifying and reporting defects. You’ll work closely with development, product, and infrastructure teams in a dynamic Agile environment, ensuring high quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

This role involves end-to-end responsibility for manual testing processes – from analyzing requirements and writing test scenarios to identifying and reporting defects.
You’ll work closely with development, product, and infrastructure teams in a dynamic Agile environment, ensuring high quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

What will you do:

  • Review and analyze technical and functional specifications to derive comprehensive test scenarios.

  • Write test documentation including STP (Test Plan), STD (Test Scenarios), and STR (Test Results Report).

  • Perform functional, regression, UI/UX, integration, and end-to-end testing.

  • Open, document, and track bugs in issue management systems; perform retesting after fixes.

  • Work in an Agile environment – including participation in sprint planning, daily standups, and writing tests based on user stories.

  • Collaborate closely with developers, DevOps engineers, product managers, and occasionally with customers.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in manual software testing – with a focus on Web systems (admin panels, internal platforms, public websites) – mandatory.

  • Proven experience writing QA documentation (STP, STD, STR) – mandatory.

  • Hands-on experience with issue tracking and test management systems (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) – mandatory.

  • Experience working alongside development and product teams – mandatory.

  • Strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and high level of responsibility – mandatory.

  • Ability to understand business processes and analyze technical/functional specifications – mandatory.

Advantages:

  • SQL knowledge – ability to write queries to validate data during testing.

  • Experience using Postman and validating APIs based on Swagger/OpenAPI documentation.

  • Familiarity with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or equivalents – even at a basic level.

  • Understanding of CI/CD processes and testing as part of deployment pipelines.

  • Exposure to ERP / CRM / BI systems – a plus.

Tech Environment:
Web-based platforms, Jira / Azure DevOps, SQL, Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, Agile/Scrum, basic automation tools (optional).
