What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage complex technological projects end-to-end- from definition and planning through execution and delivery.
- Coordinate between development, QA, product, UX, DevOps, and other teams to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Build and maintain project timelines, allocate resources, manage budgets, and monitor progress toward goals.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders on a daily basis, manage expectations, and provide clear updates.
- Identify risks and bottlenecks early, leading proactive solutions to prevent failures.
- Utilize project management tools to track KPIs, status reports, and performance insights.
- Define and execute product roadmaps aligned with company goals and customer needs.
- Lead multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of proven experience in project\product management within software or IT environments, preferably in fintech or payments.
- Strong familiarity with digital wallets (Google Wallet, Apple Wallet)-including onboarding, card provisioning, tokenization, and security requirements- MUST!
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams (Development, QA, UI/UX, Support).
- Full proficiency with Agile / Scrum methodologies, backlog management, and writing user stories.
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira or Monday.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong prioritization abilities and the capacity to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to define product roadmaps and detailed work plans.
An Advantage:
