A leading financial organization is looking for an experienced Project Manager & System Analyst to join its Investment Systems department and lead complex business and technology projects. The role combines end-to-end project management, business requirements analysis, system design, and implementation, working closely with investment managers, business stakeholders, and development teams.
What You'll Do
- Lead technology projects end-to-end, from business requirements through development, testing, and production.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, lead workshops, and translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Write functional specifications, define business processes, system interfaces, and workflows.
- Coordinate between business stakeholders, development, QA, and infrastructure teams.
- Manage project timelines, priorities, deliverables, and technical challenges.
- Design system mockups, business controls, and management reports.
- Lead UAT processes, system implementations, production releases, and user training.
- Analyze production issues and drive continuous improvements to business processes and systems.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in System Analysis and business requirements management - Must
- 3+ years of experience working with business stakeholders and leading requirements gathering - Must
- Experience managing end-to-end technology projects - Must
- Experience writing functional specifications - Must
- Experience leading UAT processes and system implementations - Must
- Experience working with development, QA, and infrastructure teams - Must
- Hands-on SQL knowledge and query writing - Must
- Experience with financial or investment systems - Significant advantage
- Experience with Agile, Jira, or Azure DevOps - advantage
- Familiarity with Power BI or other BI tools - advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field - advantage
