We are looking for an experienced Technological Project Manager to lead complex technological projects within a large insurance organization. The role involves managing cross-organizational projects related to systems, integrations, and technological solutions while working closely with technical teams and business stakeholders. This position is a maternity leave replacement for approximately 7 months.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead technological projects end-to-end, including timelines, budgets, resources, and risk management.
- Manage system integrations and implementation processes across multiple platforms.
- Work closely with technical teams, system analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical and functional specifications.
- Map existing processes, identify gaps, and lead the implementation of improved technological solutions.
- Coordinate between multiple departments and stakeholders, from senior management to end users.
- Lead projects in a matrix environment, collaborating with teams that do not report directly to the role.
Requirements:
Must-Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering & Management, or Business Administration with a specialization in Information Systems.
- At least 3 years of experience managing technological or information systems projects.
- Proven experience leading large, complex, cross-organizational projects.
- Experience working in a matrix management environment and leading teams without direct authority.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering and systems analysis.
- SQL proficiency and experience working with databases.
Significant Advantage
- Technical familiarity with Salesforce, including understanding of implementation capabilities.
- Experience working with insurance industry systems.
- Familiarity with pension marketing systems.
