As a Project Manager in the Digital Division, you’ll lead complex E2E software development projects in an Agile/Scrum environment – from initiation through design, development, testing, and production rollout.
This is an excellent opportunity to lead cross-organizational digital projects that impact both internal processes and customer-facing platforms, while working closely with senior management and multidisciplinary teams.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead complex E2E digital development projects in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, development teams, QA, and business stakeholders to manage priorities, backlogs, and sprint deliverables.
- Remove impediments, manage dependencies, and ensure continuous progress across development teams.
- Balance Agile delivery practices with project governance, budgets, timelines, and organizational objectives.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience managing large-scale development projects – Must
- Proven experience in matrix management of multidisciplinary teams – Must
- Experience leading steering committees, managing budgets, timelines, and quality – Must
- Strong client-facing and communication skills – Must
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, including leading Scrum ceremonies and managing sprint planning and execution – Must
- Solid technical understanding of systems, integrations, and architecture – Strong Advantage
- High proficiency in MS Project and Jira – Must
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems – Advantage
