As a GenAI Project Manager, you'll lead strategic AI initiatives from initial business need through full implementation, working across business units, technology teams, and external partners to turn innovative ideas into measurable business impact.

As a GenAI Project Manager, you'll lead strategic AI initiatives from initial business need through full implementation, working across business units, technology teams, and external partners to turn innovative ideas into measurable business impact.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead complex GenAI projects end-to-end, from initial business need and project initiation through implementation and adoption
  • Partner closely with business stakeholders to define requirements, objectives, success criteria, and KPIs
  • Build and manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, priorities, and budgets
  • Define, track, and measure project KPIs and business outcomes throughout the project lifecycle
  • Manage ongoing collaboration between business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors
  • Manage and prioritize a portfolio of GenAI projects and Use Cases according to business value, feasibility, and organizational priorities
  • Identify project risks and challenges, drive solutions, and ensure projects progress according to plan
  • Support the development and validation of business cases for new AI initiatives
  • Implement and optimize project management tools and methodologies according to the division's evolving needs
  • Support broader Program Management processes across multiple strategic initiatives

Requirements:

Must Haves:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering & Management, Economics, or a related field
  • Proven experience managing large, complex technology projects
  • Experience working with complex technology systems and multiple cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong systemic thinking and ability to understand complex business and technology processes
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze data and build and validate business plans
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, drive initiatives, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with GenAI, AI, Data, or other advanced technology initiatives
  • Experience in banking, FinTech, or financial services
  • Experience in digital or customer-facing projects
  • Experience managing broad Programs or project portfolios
  • Experience working with Jira
  • Experience managing external technology vendors
