We’re looking for an experienced Program Manager to join the Data & AI division of a leading financial organization and lead complex, high-impact programs across the organization.
This is a highly visible role with broad organizational exposure, focused on driving Data & AI programs within the Banking Services domain. The role combines strategic program management, business leadership, and cross-functional collaboration, working closely with business, technology, and management stakeholders across the organization.
What You'll Do:
- Lead complex, large-scale Data & AI programs involving multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders
- Manage programs from a broad, end-to-end perspective, ensuring alignment with business goals and organizational priorities
- Provide professional and matrix leadership to Project Managers and cross-functional teams
- Drive collaboration across business, technology, and other organizational units
- Manage dependencies, priorities, risks, and blockers across multiple projects and initiatives
- Partner closely with technology leaders while owning the business and program management perspective
- Coordinate between multiple stakeholders and ensure effective execution across the program
- Drive decision-making and execution in a complex, highly matrixed environment
- Communicate program status, key decisions, risks, and priorities to senior stakeholders
Requirements:
- Significant experience managing complex, cross-organizational programs or large-scale projects
- Experience leading multiple projects simultaneously and providing professional or matrix leadership to Project Managers
- Strong business orientation and the ability to connect business needs with technology-driven initiatives
- Proven experience working in large, complex, matrixed organizations
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with senior management
- Excellent ability to drive people and processes without direct authority
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, combined with assertiveness, ownership, and sound judgment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, and stakeholders in a dynamic environment
- Experience with Data, AI, digital transformation, or other large-scale technology programs - an advantage
- Experience in banking, financial services, or another large enterprise environment - an advantage
