A technology organization operating within a large-scale enterprise, with the mindset and pace of a startup is looking for a Product manager. As part of the CTO organization, we are shaping the future of software engineering through our Internal Developer Platform (IDP), Developer Experience (DevEx) initiatives, engineering standards, and emerging AI-powered capabilities.

As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in defining and evolving our Internal Developer Platform, partnering closely with engineering leaders, architects, and development teams to drive meaningful change at scale.
What You Will Do:
- Own the product strategy, roadmap, backlog, and delivery of the Internal Developer Platform (IDP).
- Lead the evolution of developer-facing tools, platforms, and workflows to improve Developer Experience (DevEx).
- Partner closely with engineering teams, architects, and technology leaders to identify pain points and opportunities across the software development lifecycle.
- Drive product discovery processes and translate developer needs into scalable platform capabilities.
- Define priorities and align initiatives across platform engineering, development standards, and innovation programs.
- Support the adoption of modern engineering practices, including SDLC improvements, CI/CD optimization, and cloud-native development.
- Collaborate with technical stakeholders to evaluate and integrate open-source and emerging technology solutions.
- Help shape the organization's engineering productivity strategy, including the adoption of AI-powered developer capabilities.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in technology product management, with a focus on platform and infrastructure products -Must
- Experience working with or for engineering teams (Internal Tools / Internal Developer Platform - IDP) - Must
- Strong technical background, either in software development or technical product management.
- Deep understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, cloud technologies, and modern software development practices.
- Strong systems-thinking mindset with the ability to connect infrastructure, development methodologies, and AI-driven capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and drive processes in a cross-functional, multi-stakeholder environment.
- Previous people-management experience – an advantage.
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace- an advantage.
