Join one of Israel's three largest banking groups as a PMO Team Lead in its headquarters division. You will lead a PMO team driving complex information-systems projects and own the organizational and IT work plans at the core of the bank's technology agenda.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage a PMO team supporting complex information-systems projects across the organization.
- Build and manage organizational work plans, with particular focus on IT programs, and track execution and delivery.
- Drive processes end to end and work across many stakeholders and interfaces in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Manage project control using Jira, TFS, and MS Project.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in a PMO role on complex information-systems projects in large organizations - Must
- 4+ years of experience managing PMO teams - Must
- Experience preparing and managing organizational work plans, and IT work plans in particular - Must
- Experience working in financial organizations - Must
- Hands-on experience with project management and control tools: Jira, TFS, MS Project - Must
- B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management with a specialization in Information Systems, or a relevant academic degree in the field - Must
- Experience in budget management and control - Advantage
