What You'll Do:
- Build and manage quarterly work plans and risks with project managers
- Monitor project execution and report status to management
- Plan, manage, and track quarterly/annual departmental budgets
- Prepare presentations and reports for management
- Lead lessons learned and continuous improvement processes
- Implement new tools and workflows across development teams
- Analyze business, budget, and operational data and provide insights
Qualifications:
- Excellent command of MS Office, especially Excel – must
- Familiarity with project management systems – must
- At least 2 years of experience as a PMO in large organizations – advantage
- Experience in overseeing large, complex, multi-integration projects – advantage
- Experience in the insurance or financial sector – strong advantage
- Knowledge of project management and software development methodologies – advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration - advantage
