What You’ll Do:

• Lead and mentor a team of NLP researchers and engineers
  
  
• Own and prioritize end-to-end NLP/ML projects, from ideation to production
  
  
• Develop models for text generation, classification, retrieval, and more
  
  
• Pre-train, fine-tune, and deploy LLMs in multiple languages
  
  
• Supervise deployment, monitoring, and continuous learning of models
  
  
• Collaborate with Product and BizDev to align NLP initiatives with business goals
  
  
• Contribute to innovation through brainstorming, mentoring, and staying up-to-date with state-of-the-art NLP/AI research
  
  

Requirements:

Must:

• M.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field, with specialization in AI/NLP/ML
  
  
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing a team
  
  
• Proven expertise in NLP research, including deep learning methods
  
  
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
  
  
• End-to-end ownership of NLP projects, from research to production
  
  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience with product-oriented NLP development
  
  
• Familiarity with a variety of ML algorithms and architectures
