What You’ll Do:

• Research and initiation of technological solutions in the mobile domain
  
  
• Ability to lead and initiate significant cross-organizational technological projects
  
  
• Leading the adoption and implementation of technologies within the bank’s mobile development teams
  
  
• Providing technical training and guidance to development teams
  
  
• Ability to guide and lead the implementation of new technologies with deep knowledge of iOS
  
  
• Working in collaboration with Chapter Leads and other stakeholders across the organization

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in developing iOS applications (Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, SPM) - Must
  
  
• Extensive experience in the full development lifecycle – architecture, building, publishing, and managing apps in the App Store - Must
  
  
• Experience working with tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, Bitbucket, and in CI/CD processes - Must
  
  
• Ability to initiate and lead new workflows, with a proactive and independent approach while also being a strong team player - Must
  
  
• Experience writing Unit / Component tests - Advantage
  
  
• Experience with Flutter or KMP (Kotlin Multiplatform) - Advantage
  
  
• Experience in server-side development - Advantage
