Join a leading company in the automotive industry as a Marketing Automation Specialist. This role combines business analysis with hands-on implementation in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, leading end-to-end marketing automation initiatives from business requirements and functional specification through implementation, testing, and production. You'll work closely with Marketing, CRM, ERP, and IT teams to deliver personalized, data-driven customer journeys across multiple channels.
What You'll Do:
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements from Marketing stakeholders into functional specifications and documented processes.
- Lead end-to-end marketing automation initiatives, from business requirements through implementation and go-live.
- Design, build, and manage customer journeys, automations, and campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Develop and maintain multi-channel customer journeys across Email, SMS, WhatsApp and additional communication channels.
- Build audience segments, manage customer data, and integrate data sources to support personalized marketing campaigns.
- Execute and manage ad hoc marketing campaigns throughout their full lifecycle.
- Perform ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and comprehensive QA for active customer journeys prior to production releases.
- Collaborate closely with CRM, ERP, and IT teams on data flows, integrations, and technical implementations.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud - Must
- Strong hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Content Builder - Must
- Proven experience gathering business requirements and writing functional specification documents - Must
- Experience designing and implementing complex, multi-channel customer journeys - Must
- Hands-on experience with SQL, AMPScript, HTML, and SSJS - Must
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering & Management, or a related field, or equivalent Salesforce certification/experience - Must
- Native-level Hebrew and excellent English communication skills - Must
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud or other Customer Data Platforms (CDPs)
- Experience working with Salesforce CRM
- Background or experience in Marketing, Sales, or Customer Service environments
