Manual QA Engineer

Join a leading and well established company in the automotive industry as part of a QA team responsible for testing complex enterprise systems. The role involves working with a central CRM platform, mobile applications, web systems, and external interfaces, while supporting development processes from the initial requirements and specification stages through delivery and production launch.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan and execute manual software testing for the company’s enterprise CRM system.
• Test web systems, mobile applications, and external interfaces.
• Support development processes from the requirements and specification stages through delivery and production launch.
• Write, manage, and execute test cases based on functional requirements.
• Investigate defects and analyze complex system processes.
• Report, track, and manage defects using Monday.com.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in manual software testing within a client-server environment- Must
• Experience investigating defects and understanding complex processes and systems- Must
• Experience testing mobile applications and front-end interfaces- Must
• Experience testing enterprise CRM systems- Must
• Experience testing web and mobile systems- Advantage
• Familiarity with AS400 systems- Advantage
• Familiarity with Salesforce- Advantage
• Familiarity with automated software testing- Advantage
